The Cape Coral Fire Department - Established in 1962, proudly serves over 165,000 citizens and protects nearly 120 square miles. Since the beginning, the Cape Coral Fire Department has grown to 10 stations and has plans for more. There are currently 175 firefighters, including 55 Florida State Certified Paramedics, that are dedicated to protecting the lives and properties of their community.
